A grounding sheet, also known as an earthing sheet, is a bed sheet made with conductive materials like silver threads. It connects you to the Earth's electric field through a grounding cord, promoting various health benefits.

How do I use the sheet?

The sheets are very simple to use. Snap the cord to one of the connection spots on the sheet. Only one connection is needed per bed sheet. Then, plug the cord into the third D-shaped hole in the North American outlet face. This is the grounding part of the outlet, and no voltage goes through it. Adapters are available for all global plugs. Now your sheets are grounded and ready to use.

Is the grounding sheet safe to use?

Yes, grounding sheets are safe when used correctly. They are designed with built-in resistors to prevent electrical shock. Always ensure you are using a properly grounded outlet or grounding rod.

How does a grounding sheet work?

The grounding sheet conducts the Earth's natural negative charge to your body, neutralizing free radicals and aligning your body's electrical potential with that of the Earth. This can help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance overall well being.

Can I wash my grounding sheet?

Yes, you can machine wash your grounding sheet using mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat drying, as these can damage the conductive materials. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

Can I use the grounding sheet with other bedding?

Yes, you can use the grounding sheet with other bedding. However, for best results, ensure that some part of your skin is in direct contact with the grounding sheet while you sleep.

I live in Europe, will the sheet still work?

Yes, grounding sheets will still work in Europe. We included adapters for EU, UK/IRE, and AU/NZ.

Do I need to purchase a grounding rod?

No, you don't necessarily need to purchase a grounding rod to use grounding sheets. Most grounding sheets can be plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet, which provides the necessary connection to the Earth. However, if you want a more direct and independent connection, a grounding rod can be used. It’s especially useful if you’re concerned about potential electrical interference from indoor wiring or if your home’s grounding system isn’t reliable.

For most people, though, grounding through a grounded outlet is sufficient. Just ensure the outlet is properly grounded for optimal results.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns for items in original condition, unused and in original packaging. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. Once we receive your return we will issue a full refund.

How long is shipping?

Why didn’t I experience over-night results?

Grounding effects vary; some notice changes immediately, others take weeks. Subtle improvements like better sleep or reduced stress may not be obvious at first. Results depend on factors like health, consistent use, proper grounding setup, and duration. Optimize your setup, ground more often, and pair grounding with healthy habits for better results. Be patient as benefits are cumulative.

How do I know if my house is grounded?

I take blood thinning medication, can I use the grounding sheet?

If you take blood thinning medication, it is recommended to speak to your doctor before using a grounding sheet for long periods. Grounding effectively thins the blood, because static electricity can stack red bloods cells together when the body has excess positive charge. Discharging into the ground helps to release the static. Therefore, the medication could thin the blood beyond what is needed.

You can start with a little bit of grounding, that will be perfectly safe, such as walking outside barefoot for an hour or so or using the sheet at home while watching TV. Monitor blood frequently in the beginning to determine, under your physician's supervision, whether the medication dosage may be adjusted.

Earthing exposure can be increased gradually but with careful monitoring.

I have a pacemaker, can I use the bedsheet?

For most people, using a grounding product is analogous to walking barefoot outdoors. As long as the product is correctly set up and used, and your living environment is safe, there’s no inherent reason why a grounding sheet would pose a risk to someone with a pacemaker. However, consulting with your healthcare provider is always the best way to address any individual concerns.

Can I keep it plugged in all day?

Grounding sheets are designed for continuous use, and leaving them plugged in 24/7 doesn’t harm the sheet or compromise its function.

What is a half-sheet vs. fitted sheet?

We offer two kinds, the flat half-sheet and the fitted sheet. The half-sheet does not cover the entire bed, but the fitted sheet does. The half-sheet can either go across the foot of the bed, or lengthwise for whole body contact. It's great for travel and for when you don't want to change your entire sheet-set.
